Schedule

The conference schedule is filled with amazing workshops, seminars and expos and continues with 3 days of incredible talks and keynotes, all of which are facilitated by industry-leading experts and practitioners.

8:30 - 9:30

9:30 - 10:30

Outlining how the conference is held out, its flow, what to expect, how to ask questions, network, and engage. Covering our policy; speaker intellectual property considerations; agenda outline; advisory board roles during conference (session chairs, panelists, presentation review, soundboard). Commence conference.

10:45 - 11:30

Why data products are increasingly becoming important Types of data products Framework for building data products Unique challenges in building data products Importance of product mindset for data scientists

11:30 - 12:00

12:00 - 1:30

This is small course carried out that will take the participants through data visualization demo, in the form of EDA analysis based on Kaggle competition task. Experts will try to show visualization process by using standard tools, and will go deeper, as time allows, in usage of new Python libraries.

1:30 - 2:30

2:30 - 3:45

We're addicted to data. It helps us find golden revenue opportunities. It helps us decrease costs. Whatever path we seek or decision we are trying to make, we rely on data to get there. Sometimes instead of hastening decisions, data can actually hinder them. Even data visualization experts - with ability to create beautiful, colorful charts and tables - will struggle to give their data meaning unless they know how to tell a story.

3:45 - 5:00

Extensive research in data mining has been devoted to developing better feature selection techniques, but none of the research has examined the intrinsic relationship between dataset characteristics and a feature selection technique's performance. This research examines how dataset characteristics affect accuracy and the time complexity of feature selection. Decision tree method is applied to evaluate the interdependencies between characteristics and performance.

This is the first item's accordion body. It is hidden by default, until the collapse plugin adds the appropriate classes that we use to style each element. These classes control the overall appearance, as well as the showing and hiding via CSS transitions.
